Rimini, 26th May 2012 . It will be a great event, unique as far as business opportunties and foreign market openings are concerned. It is the ENADA International Amusement & Gaming Machine Show, which, from Wednesday 17th to Friday 19th October, will celebrate its 40th birthday.
The SAPAR exhibition (SAPAR is the major trade organization of amusement and gaming machine owners), organized by Rimini Fiera with the patronage of the AAMS, the support of Euromat and the collaboration of Ascob, Fidart, Anesv and Sicon, will attract all the trade chain´s key players to celebrate a goal that confirms the trade expo´s leadership.
Following the excellent 2011 edition (14,702 trade visitors – 2.1% more than 2010 – and 200 companies occupying 30,000 m2), ENADA Roma re-launches its key role for trade members´ business, proposing an expo area featuring the best Italian and international products regarding new slot machines, VLT, video games, pinball machines, billiards, table soccer, amusement equipment, including technology, furnishings, fittings and services for amusement arcades and bingo halls, on line gaming, bets, internet stations, lotteries, Texas Hold´em poker and the complete range of gaming facilities provided by online licensees.
A showcase from which SAPAR constantly launches its action aimed at combating illicit underground gaming and the prevention of compulsive gaming, as it did recently precisely at Rimini Fiera, where the SAPAR Assembly and Steering Committee member meeting were held. Raffaele Curcio was confirmed Chairman of the Association for the next three years. Vice chairmen will be Domenico Distante, Massimo Roma, Paolo Dalla Pria and Luca Patoia.
Greeting the meeting´s attendees, Rimini Fiera Chairman Lorenzo Cagnoni said, ´The long-lasting collaboration between Rimini Fiera and SAPAR has produced excellent results and the constant growth of ENADA is a result that is an advantage for the entire sector.´
Cagnoni then wished the new management group good luck with their work: ´My congratulations go to Chairman Curcio for his election and the men that will work alongside him on the job of leading the SAPAR. I am certain that this team is equal to the tradition of an association that has always represented an authoritative reference point for the entire gaming and amusement world.´
Chairman Curcio gave his speech, beginning with his thanks to Rimini Fiera, ´….thanks to which our expos have made a real qualitative leap´ and emphasized the fact that the new SAPAR ´legislature´ begins in a particularly delicate period for the sector. The reference is firstly to the problem of the technical modification of ´Comma 6A´ machines . necessary to raise the units´ security standards and reduce the risk of access on behalf of minors . regarding which the Association set two firm points: that of not undermining the work´s effectiveness and of considering the sustainability of investments on behalf of management enterprises, also bearing in mind the period of economic crisis.
